ERRC was founded in 2022 by Austin Cockerham and James Wheeler to help companies in Western North Carolina navigate recruiting in today's job market. ERRC's story begins before its founding when one of its founders James Wheeler started in the logistics business, and since then James has contracted and recruited thousands of candidates. In late 2021 Austin and James began working on another venture, which began their friendship and working relationship.

Fast forward to the current day and ERRC is helping multiple companies across the Southeastern United States in a wide variety of industries.
